Brian Zahm

Brian Zahm, an Investment Consultant, joined SMITH HAYES in 2002 after the acquisition of assets of Kirkpatrick Pettis. Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Brian began working as an investment consultant in 1996 after earning his MBA degree from Texas A&M University. Before graduating from Texas A&M, Brian worked at Merrill Lynch while earning a degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Brian specializes in helping families develop investment plans that meet their needs, comfort levels, and investment time frame. He is part of the "Zahm Team" which consists of Lauren Faist, Matt Johnson, and Brian Zahm.

He spends time volunteering with various civic and professional affiliations, including Omaha Business Ethics Alliance Board of Trustees, Millard Rotary Board of Directors and Membership Committee, Community Service Committee Tangier Temple, Tangier Shrine Bad, and Royal Order of Jesters. Brian and his wife, Sarah, have five children, sons Gavin, Owen, and Elliot and daughters Cecilia and Bridget. Brian enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, and supporting Nebraska football.
