Marc Ward

Marc Ward, an Investment Consultant, became a member of the SMITH HAYES team in June 2002 after the aquisition of assets of Kirkpatrick Pettis. He is a native of Lincoln, Nebraska, and graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, earning a degree in Business Administration. In addition, Marc acquired his MBA from Creighton University. Marc began his financial services career with the Omaha National Bank in the Corporate Banking – Commercial Lending division. In 1983, he joined Merrill Lynch as an investment consultant. In 1991, Marc moved to Kirkpatrick Pettis. His areas of expertise include working with individual clients and small businesses to help match their goals and objectives with the best available investment opportunities. He uses technical and fundamental analysis to provide portfolio allocation and risk management.

Marc is married to Kiley Maxwell-Ward, a Registered Nurse at the Nebraska Medical Center.

Marc and Lori Andersen, his registered assistant, have been working together since 2000, and they look forward to serving their clients’ needs.
